On a sunny day, after long discussion in between thirteen nice guys to develop the area in Ciputat area, Tangerang – Indonesia, finally the region was owned via Notarial Deed on December 6, 2005. Thirteen nice guys as shareholders were declared as an member of Banana Estate.
Over the years, the member has almost completed the projects. The building have been featured in modern and classical architect design, also known as combination modern minimalist design or classic tropical Mediterranean design. This area well known as Banana Estate 1st, The New Jakarta Townhouse 1.
Then, our goal was to create high quality project, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. Together we create a wide range of engineering scope, from planning and program development, through design concept and construction planning, through on-site inspection. Based on member criteria.
Twelve good ladies and nice guys after that established the next location at February 12, 2007 via Notarial deed, as Banana Estate member as well. Over the 2007, the member has completed the landscape. The first stage building have been featured in modern and classical architect design as well, also known as combination modern minimalis design (to shophouse) or classic tropical mediterranean design (to building). The area well known as Banana Estate 2nd, The New Jakarta Townhouse 2.
Getting better all the time. We strive to be the best at what we do! Together vision and mission! In third phase, eleven nicest ladies and nice guys have agreed to establish a brand new Banana Estate 3 and to be located directly next to the Banana Estate 2. The area established to built the shophouse only. According member’s conclusion, the location become Banana Estate 3rd, The New Jakarta Townhouse 3.
After that, was built Banana Estate 4, and the latter was developed of its land to be Banana Estate 5 with concept design to be Villa Banana Estate. Also each member receives one-on-one attention through the entire process from at least one of our highly skilled engineers or full experience of project aspects.
To ensure the member’s needs were satisfied together we constantly invite the member to participate and provide input during the design process. Creativity is achieved through a combination of our architectural collective, as well as the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the member. All within touch efficiency factor. After all it’s our activity to make our member’s beyond the dream comes true.
The style of the buildings were unique, and each member has creative design. Expect style and building class that will not fade with the ages. Together we maintain a consistently high level of professional care and responsibility in each building. Together we guarantee all of job to be of the highest quality work, as we know the member would expect nothing less. Ultimately, the project was member project.
